Ingredients
- 4 lemons, for juice (½ cup)
- 1 gallon cool water
- 2 lb Gala apples (about 5 apples)
Steps
- Squeeze lemons for juice (½ cup). Combine in large mixing bowl: water and lemon juice.
- Core apples and slice ⅛-inch thick. Add slices to bowl with lemon water and soak 10 minutes.
- Drain apple slices and arrange on food dehydrator, spacing evenly. Dehydrate according to manufactures instructions.
