Cucumber & Ham Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled
  • ½ medium sweet onion
  • 1 (8-oz) package diced ham chunks
  • ¾ cup Italian salad dressing

Steps

    1. Slice cucumbers and onion thinly; place in medium bowl. Stir in ham chunks and dressing until well blended.
    2. Chill 25 minutes for flavors to blend. Stir well.
Other Preparation Methods
    • Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut 2 cucumbers in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Top with matchstick carrots, herb/garlic seasoning, and feta cheese. Place on baking sheet; bake 15–20 minutes or until softened.
