Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) package frozen green peas
- 1 cup salted, dry-roasted peanuts
- 1 cup dried, sweetened cranberries
- ½ cup cooked bacon pieces
- ⅓ cup Vidalia onion salad dressing
- ¼ cup sliced fresh green onions
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Steps
- Microwave peas on HIGH 2 minutes or until thawed.
- Combine remaining ingredients in salad bowl. Add peas; toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
