Creamy Whipped Feta Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, for zest/juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons fresh dill
  • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 7–9 oz bag GreenWise tortilla chips (such as Black Bean & Quinoa, Sweet Potato, or Blue Corn)

Steps

    1. Zest lemon (2 teaspoons); squeeze for juice (2 tablespoons). Chop dill.
    2. Combine in bowl of food processor: ½ teaspoon dill, ¼ cup oil, feta, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and cayenne; pulse until smooth.
    3. Transfer dip to serving bowl and garnish with remaining 2 tablespoons oil, remaining 1 teaspoon dill, and sesame seeds. Serve with tortilla chips.
