Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 large shallot
- 1 cup dill pickles + ¼ cup pickle juice
- 2 teaspoons garlic stir-in paste
- 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Potato chips (optional for dipping)
Steps
- Place cream cheese in large bowl to soften. Chop shallot and pickles.
- Add shallots, pickle juice, garlic paste, seasoning, and pepper to bowl with cream cheese; beat with electric mixer on HIGH until combined. Stir (fold) in pickles. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with potato chips, if using.
