Creamy Pickle Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 large shallot
  • 1 cup dill pickles + ¼ cup pickle juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic stir-in paste
  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • Potato chips (optional for dipping)

Steps

    1. Place cream cheese in large bowl to soften. Chop shallot and pickles.
    2. Add shallots, pickle juice, garlic paste, seasoning, and pepper to bowl with cream cheese; beat with electric mixer on HIGH until combined. Stir (fold) in pickles. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with potato chips, if using.
