Crab Rangoon Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz imitation crabmeat
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup sliced fresh green onions (+ more, optional for serving)
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce (+ more, optional for serving)
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Crackers (optional for dipping)

Steps

    1. Chop imitation crab. Combine all ingredients (except crackers) in slow cooker.
    2. Cover and cook on LOW 2 hours, stirring occasionally, or until 165°F. Serve with crackers and additional chili sauce and green onions, if using.
