Ingredients
- 8 oz imitation crabmeat
- 16 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup sliced fresh green onions (+ more, optional for serving)
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce (+ more, optional for serving)
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Crackers (optional for dipping)
Steps
- Chop imitation crab. Combine all ingredients (except crackers) in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW 2 hours, stirring occasionally, or until 165°F. Serve with crackers and additional chili sauce and green onions, if using.
