Cinnamon Roll French Bread

Ingredients
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • Parchment paper
  • 1 loaf Bakery French bread
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup cream cheese frosting
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
Steps
  1. Set butter out to soften. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice bread in half lengthwise, then place cut-side up on baking sheet.
  2. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon electric mixer on MEDIUM until well blended. Divide mixture evenly between bread halves, spreading from end to end.
  3. Bake 8–10 minutes until topping is hot and bread is golden and toasted. Let bread stand 10 minutes to cool, then cut into 2-inch slices. Meanwhile, whisk frosting and milk until smooth. Drizzle icing over bread and serve.
