    Instructions

    Ingredients

    • 5 large bananas
    • ¼ cup lightly salted peanuts
    • 2 oz dark chocolate bar
    • 1 ¾ cups unsweetened vanilla almond (or nondairy) milk
    • 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (+ more, optional for serving)
    • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
    • Plastic wrap

    Steps

      1. Slice bananas thinly and spread in single layer on baking sheet. Freeze 2 hours or until firm. Chop peanuts finely and chocolate coarsely; set aside.
      2. Place in food processor bowl: bananas, milk, peanut butter, and salt. Process until smooth and fluffy.
      3. Pour banana mixture into large loaf pan and stir (fold) peanuts and chocolate in gently. Serve immediately as soft serve or press plastic wrap directly onto surface of mixture to help prevent ice crystals and freeze 2 hours or until firm. Drizzle servings with additional peanut butter, if using.
