Chocolate-Cinnamon Chex Fudge

Ingredients

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • Parchment paper
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 oz unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (about 6 oz)
  • 2 (4 oz) unsweetened chocolate bars
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee, divided
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt, divided
  • 1 ½ cups General Mills Chocolate Chex cereal, divided
  • 1 ½ cups General Mills Cinnamon Chex cereal, divided

Steps

    1. Coat 8- x 8-inch baking dish with spray; line with parchment paper and set aside. Add to large, microwave-safe bowl: sweetened condensed milk, unsalted butter, heavy cream, white chocolate chips, unsweetened chocolate bars, 1 tablespoon instant coffee, and ¼ teaspoon salt. Microwave on HIGH 90 seconds; stir to combine until smooth (continue microwaving at 15 second intervals if needed).
    2. Stir in 1 cup of each cereal until well coated; transfer to prepared baking dish and spread into even layer. Sprinkle with remaining ¼ teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon instant coffee, and remaining ½ cups of each cereal (press down to adhere). Chill 4 hours. Cut into squares and serve.
