- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ cup Italian parsley, finely chopped
Steps
- Combine in small mixing bowl: garlic, salt, and pepper until blended; mash until paste forms. Stir in remaining ingredients until emulsified. Set aside 1 hour. Serve.
