Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 (1.25 oz) packet hot chili seasoning
- ½ cup bread and butter pickle chips
- 2 medium stalks celery
- ¾ cup buffalo wing sauce, divided
- ½ cup french-fried onions
- 12 sweet rolls
Steps
- Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium. Combine ground chicken and seasoning mix until blended; shape into 12 patties (wash hands). Chop pickles and celery (½ cup).
- Grill patties 2–3 minutes on each side until grill-marked and 165°F. Place patties in dish with ½ cup buffalo sauce and stir to coat.
- Combine pickles, celery, and french-fried onions; toss with remaining ¼ cup buffalo sauce.
- Slice rolls in half for buns. Place patties on bottom halves, then top evenly with pickle mixture and top buns. Serve.
