Chicken, Sausage, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Applegate Naturals Chicken and Maple Breakfast Sausage
  • ½ cup Deli Oven-Roasted Lemon Pepper Chicken
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup black beans
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup Kraft Shredded Mexican-Style Four Cheese
  • Plastic wrap
  • ½ cup medium salsa
  • ¼ cup whole milk, plain Greek yogurt

Steps

    1. Cut sausage into bite-size pieces. Shred chicken. Preheat large, nonstick sauté pan on medium 2–3 minutes. Beat eggs. Drain and rinse beans.
    2. Remove pan from heat and coat with spray, then return to heat. Add eggs; cook and stir 2–3 minutes until eggs are firm. Remove from heat and stir in sausage, black beans, chicken, salt, and pepper. Transfer mixture to a shallow container and chill until ready to use.
    3. Lay tortillas on clean work surface and divide egg mixture evenly between them. Top each with ¼ cup cheese, then roll tortillas around filling to make burritos. Wrap burritos in plastic wrap and place in airtight containers with salsa and yogurt.
    Note: Unwrap burritos and microwave on MEDIUM 3–4 minutes to reheat.
