Ingredients
- ½ cup Applegate Naturals Chicken and Maple Breakfast Sausage
- ½ cup Deli Oven-Roasted Lemon Pepper Chicken
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup black beans
- Cooking spray
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 large flour tortillas
- ½ cup Kraft Shredded Mexican-Style Four Cheese
- Plastic wrap
- ½ cup medium salsa
- ¼ cup whole milk, plain Greek yogurt
Steps
- Cut sausage into bite-size pieces. Shred chicken. Preheat large, nonstick sauté pan on medium 2–3 minutes. Beat eggs. Drain and rinse beans.
- Remove pan from heat and coat with spray, then return to heat. Add eggs; cook and stir 2–3 minutes until eggs are firm. Remove from heat and stir in sausage, black beans, chicken, salt, and pepper. Transfer mixture to a shallow container and chill until ready to use.
- Lay tortillas on clean work surface and divide egg mixture evenly between them. Top each with ¼ cup cheese, then roll tortillas around filling to make burritos. Wrap burritos in plastic wrap and place in airtight containers with salsa and yogurt.
