    Chicken Divan

    Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
    • Large zip-top bag
    • 1 ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 3 cups frozen broccoli florets
    • 1 (10-oz) container refrigerated light Alfredo sauce
    • ¼ cup white wine
    • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

    Prep

    • Place flour and seasoned salt in large zip-top bag.
    • Cut chicken into bite-size pieces; place in bag (wash hands).

    Steps

    1. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2-3 minutes. Seal bag; shake to coat. Add butter to pan, then add chicken, with flour; cook and stir 4-5 minutes or until chicken begins to brown.
    2. Add broccoli and cover; cook and stir 3 minutes.
    3. Stir in Alfredo sauce and wine; reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 2-3 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.

    Aromatic Rice

    Ingredients

    • 4-6 fresh chives, finely chopped
    • 2 (8.8-oz) pouches pre-cooked roasted chicken-flavor rice
    • 1 tablespoon butter

    Prep

    • Chop chives.

    Steps

    1. Place all ingredients in microwave-safe bowl and cover.
    2. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes. Stir and serve.

  • Complete your meal with sliced tomatoes, fresh salad blend, biscuits, and fruit pie for dessert.
  • Chives can be quickly snipped by using kitchen shears.
