Ingredients
- 1 chilled Deli oven-roasted chicken
- ¼ cup unsalted chicken stock (or broth)
- 1 cup Caesar yogurt dressing
- ¼ cup cooked bacon pieces
- ½ cup shredded Italian-style five-cheese blend
- 3 plum tomatoes
- 2 (12-count) packages sweet dinner rolls
- 6 romaine leaves
Steps
- Shred chicken (3 cups). Pour stock into slow cooker, then add chicken; cover and cook on HIGH 1 hour (or LOW 2 hours) or until chicken is 165°F.
- Remove chicken and drain liquid from slow cooker. Return chicken to slow cooker; stir in dressing, bacon, and cheese.
- Cut tomatoes into 8 slices each. Cut rolls in half horizontally. Quarter romaine leaves, making 24 equal pieces. Divide chicken mixture evenly among bottom halves of rolls; top with tomatoes, lettuce, and top halves of rolls. Serve.
