Chicken-Artichoke and Spinach French Bread

Ingredients

  • Parchment paper
  • 1 loaf Bakery French bread
  • 1 chilled Deli oven roasted chicken
  • 1 (16 oz) container Deli artichoke and spinach dip
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice bread in half lengthwise, then place cut-side up on baking sheet. Shred chicken (breast meat only; about 2 cups). Combine chicken, dip, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
    2. Divide chicken mixture evenly between bread halves, spreading from end to end. Top evenly with remaining 1 cup mozzarella and Italian seasoning.
    3. Bake 12–15 minutes until cheese has melted and chicken is 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes to cool, then cut into 3-inch slices. Serve.
