Cheesy Four-Leaf Clover Rolls

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • ¾ cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 (16.3 oz) packages flaky biscuits

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 12 regular-size muffin tin cups with spray. Melt butter. Combine butter, garlic salt, and rosemary. Combine cheeses.
    2. Cut each biscuit into 3 equal pieces; roll each piece into a ball, making 48 small dough balls. Roll each ball in the seasoned butter, then in the cheese mixture. Place 4 balls in each muffin cup; top with any remaining cheese.
    3. Bake 18–20 minutes until golden; serve.
