Ingredients

- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
- ¾ cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 (16.3 oz) packages flaky biscuits
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 12 regular-size muffin tin cups with spray. Melt butter. Combine butter, garlic salt, and rosemary. Combine cheeses.
- Cut each biscuit into 3 equal pieces; roll each piece into a ball, making 48 small dough balls. Roll each ball in the seasoned butter, then in the cheese mixture. Place 4 balls in each muffin cup; top with any remaining cheese.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until golden; serve.
