Ingredients
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 1 medium tomato
- 4 fresh cheddar cheese and bacon sausages (about 16 oz)
- 4 Bakery brioche hotdog buns (or hoagie rolls)
- 4 oz Deli shredded coleslaw (about ½ cup)
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
Steps
- Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium-high. Microwave bacon following package instructions. Cut tomato into 8 thin slices.
- Grill sausages 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally, until grill-marked and 160°F. Toast buns if desired.
- Combine coleslaw and blue cheese. Spread mixture evenly in bottoms of buns, then add sausages. Place bacon and tomato slices in buns next to sausages. Serve.
