Cauliflower Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower (about 1 lb florets)
  • 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • ½ cup Italian panko breadcrumbs

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Chop cauliflower into bite-size pieces (4 cups).
    2. Combine cauliflower and Alfredo sauce in 9-inch square baking dish; top with breadcrumbs.
    3. Bake 30–35 minutes or until bubbly and cauliflower is tender.
Other Preparation Methods
    • Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut 1 head cauliflower into large florets and toss with 4 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, and 1 teaspoon kosher salt. Place on baking sheet; bake 20–25 minutes or until tender.
    • Boil: Add cauliflower florets to 6 cups boiling water with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Cook 5–7 minutes or until tender. Serve with cheese sauce.
