Ingredients

  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 ½ cups matchstick carrots
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar

Steps

    1. Slice green onions. Cut cucumber into bite-size pieces. Mince garlic (1 teaspoon). Combine all ingredients; serve immediately or chill to intensify flavors.
