Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Bakery pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Butter-flavor cooking spray
  • 3 eggs (or ¾ cup egg substitute)
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Mexican-style cheese blend
  • ½ cup cooked diced ham
  • ¼ cup frozen seasoning blend (diced onions, celery, bell peppers, and parsley)
  • ¼ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt

Steps

    1. Remove dough from refrigerator and let stand 1 hour (do not remove from bag until stand time is completed).
    2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Flour hands lightly and pat dough evenly into lightly greased or nonstick pizza pan (or turn dough out onto lightly floured surface and roll to desired thickness). Coat dough with spray.
    3. Combine eggs, shredded cheese, ham, seasoning blend, ricotta cheese, and seasoned salt until blended; spread mixture over dough, leaving 1-inch border. Bake 15 minutes, then use large spatula to slide pizza from baking pan directly onto oven rack. Bake 5 more minutes, then remove from oven, slice, and serve.
