Blueberry-Almond Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon creamy almond butter
  • ½ cup low-fat vanilla (or plain) yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened almondmilk
  • 4 large ice cubes
  • ¼ cup frosted corn flakes cereal
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup frozen (or fresh) mango chunks
Steps
  1. Peel banana and cut into chunks; freeze 25 minutes (or overnight).
  2. Add banana, maple syrup, chia seeds, almond butter, yogurt, almondmilk, and ice to blender (or food processor bowl) and blend until smooth.
  3. Divide among serving bowls and top with even amounts cereal, almonds, blueberries, and mango chunks. Serve.
