Blended Tropical Fruit and Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana, divided
  • 2 (5.3 oz) containers low-fat coconut Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 2 cups tropical fruit salad (cut fresh pineapple, kiwifruit, and strawberries), divided
  • 8 teaspoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons gluten-free granola
  • 4 tablespoons honey (optional)

Steps

    1. Cut banana in half. Place in blender: yogurt, mango, ½ banana, and 1 cup fruit salad; blend until smooth. Slice remaining half banana and fruit from remaining 1 cup fruit salad.
    2. Divide yogurt mixture among serving bowls. Top with coconut, chia seeds, granola, and sliced fruit. Drizzle with honey, if using. Serve.
