Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb top sirloin for stir-fry
- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 32 oz sliced fresh peppers and onions
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 lime, for juice
Steps
- Combine sirloin and seasoning in medium bowl until well blended. Preheat oil in large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes.
- Add peppers and onions to pan; cook and stir 2–3 minutes until vegetables begin to soften. Stir in beef; cook 4–6 minutes until beef is browned and 145°F. Warm tortillas, if desired. Squeeze lime juice over beef and vegetables; serve with tortillas.
