Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced banana peppers
- ¼ cup Italian parsley
- 8 oz feta cheese
- 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons roasted garlic-herb seasoning
- 1 (6 oz) bag garlic and cheese naan crisps
Steps
- Drain peppers and chop parsley. Add to bowl of food processor: feta, banana peppers, 4 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice, and seasoning. Process until blended and creamy.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons oil; Garnish with parsley and serve with naan crisps on the side.
