Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons shallots, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or basil, finely chopped
- 1 lb sugar snap peas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Chop shallots and herbs.
- Layer peas on baking sheet; top with shallots and herbs, then drizzle with oil. Bake 8–10 minutes or until crisp and tender.
Other Preparation Methods
- Microwave: Place 1 lb sugar snap peas and 1 tablespoon water in microwave-safe bowl; microwave on HIGH 4–5 minutes or until crisp and tender.
- Grill: Add 1 lb sugar snap peas with sliced peppers, onions, and mushrooms to a preheated grill pan coated with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Cook 8–10 minutes or until tender.
