Baked Béarnaise Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 (24 oz) package refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • 1 (0.9 oz) packet béarnaise (or hollandaise) sauce mix
  • ⅓ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Melt butter. Combine potatoes and sauce mix; transfer to 2-quart baking dish.
    2. Combine butter, breadcrumbs, and parsley; sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake 18–20 minutes until thoroughly heated. Serve.
    Chef's Tip: Use prepared mashed potatoes and add your favorite stir-ins for a chef-inspired, homemade finish.
