Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bakery fresh pizza dough
  • 3 slices low-sodium bacon
  • 1 lb lean ground beef, 7% fat
  • 2 teaspoons gourmet burger seasoning
  • 4 oz processed bar cheese product
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
  • ½ cup sliced fresh onions
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

    Steps

      1. Remove dough from refrigerator and let stand 1 hour (do not remove from bag until stand time is complete).
      2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Chop bacon and place in pan (wash hands). Add ground beef and seasoning; cook 4–5 minutes, stirring to crumble, until no pink remains and bacon begins to crisp. Stir in bar cheese; cook and stir 1–2 minutes until melted. Remove pan from heat.
      3. Flour hands lightly and pat dough evenly into lightly greased or nonstick pizza pan (or turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll to desired thinness).
      4. Top dough with ½ cup shredded cheese, beef mixture, remaining ½ cup cheese, and onions; drizzle with mustard and ketchup. Bake 18–25 minutes (depending on thickness of pizza) until crust is golden and beef is 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes; slice and serve.
