Ingredients
- 1 lb Bakery fresh pizza dough
- 3 slices low-sodium bacon
- 1 lb lean ground beef, 7% fat
- 2 teaspoons gourmet burger seasoning
- 4 oz processed bar cheese product
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- ½ cup sliced fresh onions
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
Prep
Steps
- Remove dough from refrigerator and let stand 1 hour (do not remove from bag until stand time is complete).
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Chop bacon and place in pan (wash hands). Add ground beef and seasoning; cook 4–5 minutes, stirring to crumble, until no pink remains and bacon begins to crisp. Stir in bar cheese; cook and stir 1–2 minutes until melted. Remove pan from heat.
- Flour hands lightly and pat dough evenly into lightly greased or nonstick pizza pan (or turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll to desired thinness).
- Top dough with ½ cup shredded cheese, beef mixture, remaining ½ cup cheese, and onions; drizzle with mustard and ketchup. Bake 18–25 minutes (depending on thickness of pizza) until crust is golden and beef is 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes; slice and serve.
