Avocado-Salsa Salad

Ingredients
  • 3 medium ripe Hass avocados
  • 2 cups Produce fresh mild salsa
  • 1 (8-oz) bag shredded lettuce
  • 1 (3-oz) bag plantain (or tortilla) chips
Steps
  1. Peel, pit, and cut avocados into bite-size pieces, then place in medium bowl and gently stir in salsa.
  2. Transfer shredded lettuce to serving platter. Top lettuce with avocado salsa in the center and arrange chips around salsa. Serve.
