Ingredients
- 3 medium ripe Hass avocados
- 2 cups Produce fresh mild salsa
- 1 (8-oz) bag shredded lettuce
- 1 (3-oz) bag plantain (or tortilla) chips
Steps
- Peel, pit, and cut avocados into bite-size pieces, then place in medium bowl and gently stir in salsa.
- Transfer shredded lettuce to serving platter. Top lettuce with avocado salsa in the center and arrange chips around salsa. Serve.
