Avocado Prosciutto Crostini

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Bakery baguette
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 ripe Hass avocados
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 4 oz Deli garlic & herb goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon basil pesto
  • 4 oz Deli sliced prosciutto

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut bread into 12 (½-inch-thick) slices, then arrange on baking sheet; brush with oil. Bake 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Remove bread from oven and let stand to cool.
    2. Meanwhile, halve avocados and remove pits and flesh; place flesh in bowl with lemon juice, salt, and pepper and mash with fork until combined. Combine cheese and pesto in second bowl.
    3. Spread cheese and avocado mixtures evenly over bread slices; top evenly with prosciutto slices. Serve.
