Avocado Cauliflower Crust Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe, Hass avocados
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 Publix Bakery cauliflower pizza crust
  • 1 tablespoon ghee (or unsalted butter)
  • 2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Halve avocados, scoop out flesh, and place in bowl. Add lime juice and mash to combine. Place crust on ungreased baking sheet.
    2. Bake crust 5 minutes, then brush with ghee; bake 5–7 more minutes until crust is golden and crisp.
    3. Spread avocado mixture over crust. Sprinkle with seasoning and drizzle with sriracha. Serve

    • BLT flatbread: Prepare 1 Publix Bakery cauliflower pizza crust following package instructions. Microwave 2 slices cooked bacon until crisp following package instructions, then crumble. Halve ½ cup grape tomatoes. Place tomatoes in bowl, then add bacon and 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce. Add 2 tablespoons lemon vinaigrette; toss to coat. Spread 2 tablespoons mayonnaise on crust. Top with salad mixture and sprinkle with fresh cracked black pepper.
