Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
  • 1 (7 ½ oz) jar duck sauce
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 lb fresh chicken tenderloins

Steps

    1. Preheat 2-sided tabletop grill. Combine in medium bowl: seasoned salt, five-spice, duck sauce, and teriyaki sauce; reserve ¼ cup for dipping.
    2. Add chicken to bowl and stir to coat (wash hands) Let stand to marinate at 10 minutes (or up to 30 minutes).
    3. Place chicken on grill, discarding marinade. Close lid and grill 3–4 minutes until chicken is 165°F. Serve with reserved dipping sauce.
