Apple Cider Turkey Gravy

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups turkey (or chicken) stock
- 1 ½ cups spiced apple cider
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- ¼ cup turkey drippings (or unsalted butter)
- ¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning
Steps
- Pour stock and cider into large saucepan; bring to a boil on medium. Combine cornstarch and drippings; whisk until smooth.
- Reduce heat to low. Drizzle cornstarch mixture into stock mixture, whisking to blend; simmer 1–2 minutes until thickened. Stir in poultry seasoning. Serve.
