Almond, Blueberry, and Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ¼ ripe Hass avocado
  • 2 tablespoons GreenWise whole raw almonds
  • 1 ½ cups GreenWise frozen cauliflower florets
  • 3 tablespoons GreenWise almond butter, divided
  • 2 scoops GreenWise vanilla-flavored whey protein powder
  • 1 cup GreenWise frozen blueberries, divided
  • ½ cup vanilla almond milk
  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon GreenWise ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon GreenWise unsweetened coconut flakes

Steps

    1. Scoop out avocado flesh. Chop almonds coarsely. Place in blender: cauliflower, 2 tablespoons almond butter, protein powder, ¾ cup blueberries, almond milk, water, avocado, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth, then pour into 2 tall glasses.
    2. Top each evenly with remaining 1 tablespoon almond butter and ¼ cup blueberries, almonds, and coconut. Serve immediately.
