Ingredients
- 4 (8-inch) whole wheat tortillas
- 4 tablespoons creamy almond (or peanut) butter, divided
- 4 tablespoons low-sugar fruit spread, divided
- 2 medium bananas
- 4 large fresh strawberries
- 8 tablespoons low-fat granola, divided
Steps
- Arrange tortillas on flat work surface; spread 1 tablespoon almond butter, then 1 tablespoon fruit spread evenly over half of each tortilla. Peel and slice bananas; slice strawberries.
- Layer even amounts bananas and strawberries over peanut butter and fruit spread on each tortilla; top with 2 tablespoons granola. Roll tortillas around filling like a burrito; serve.
