How it works.

Your wedding flowers will arrive in a box ready for your big day. Inside each box you’ll find the flowers you ordered plus simple instructions for unboxing and assembling, when needed. You’ll also find proper instructions for how to care for your flowers until your wedding day, such as how to cut them or how much water and sunlight they need.

At least 22 days before the desired pickup date.

No, they don’t. We recommend vases that are 6 inches tall and 5 inches wide, as a lower vase may cause an arrangement to tip over.

Bouquets for brides, bridesmaids, flower girls, flower crowns, aisle markers, centerpieces, boutonnieres, and corsages are wrapped in beautiful silk ribbon and delivered prearranged.

The flower crown is one-size-fits-all and can be adjusted to fit the person wearing it.

Customized ribbon color is only available for certain packages. With those specific packages, you can choose from a range of different colors, including:

  • Ivory
  • Champagne
  • Light gray
  • Jute string
  • Light pink
  • Dusty blue
  • Lavender
  • Burgundy

The packages that have the option of customized ribbon are:

  • Classic Package
  • Premiere Package
  • Exquisite Package
  • VIP Package
  • Corsage Package
  • Boutonniere Package
  • Complement Package

The Garland, Centerpiece, and Flower Arch packages do not include ribbon.

Because they are prearranged, packages cannot be customized. The variety of flowers will be listed under the details of each package. Ask your catering consultant for more information.

We promise that the shipment will be just as beautiful as the photos, but due to natural variation, some varieties may have to be substituted. The size, scale, texture, and color palette of the arrangement ordered will be the same. Please consider that the colors may vary depending on the different screen settings of your device(s).

The only DIY products we provide are arches and garlands. We send freshly cut flowers that can be arranged according to the design of the table or arch structure. No, we only provide the flowers and flower food*. The necessary materials are:

  • Garland: Flower scissors, plastic straps and floral water tubes
  • Arch: Flower scissors, plastic straps and oasis cages, two options per arch: 4 small (3" x 4.25" x 3.25") or 2 large ( 9" x 4.5" x 3").
  • Floral buckets and pruning shear

*No flower food provided for corsages and boutonnieres.

No, one flower arch will only cover a corner of your arch. Talk to your catering consultant about how many to order to best fit your arch.

We ensure our fresh, cut-to-order flowers come from sustainable farms. They are delivered as soon as they are cut.

Please see the care card included in your shipment for specific guidance. You might also find these instructions helpful.

Depending on the size of your order, you should give yourself 30 minutes to a few hours to unpack the flowers.

No extra fees will apply if an order is canceled up to fifteen (15) days before the scheduled pickup date. Orders cannot be canceled after they ship, which is typically five (5) days before the scheduled pickup date.

If for some reason the flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, please call us at 1.800.571.6488 Monday – Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST). To be eligible for replacement (if feasible) or refund for damaged products, the request must be: (a) placed no later than three hours after the initial pickup time, and (b) include photographs of the damaged product. A consultant will reach out to you to discuss overnight replacement options or a refund of the damaged items.

Yes, packages include extra flowers to replace any damaged ones after your order has been picked up.

It’s okay to transport flowers in buckets of water as long as the care instructions included with your shipment are carefully followed.
