Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Directions: For optimum flavor, refrigerate and prepare within 3 days or freeze for no more than 30 days. Thaw product thoroughly prior to cooking. For best results, place patties in a skillet. Cook over medium-low heat for 10-13 minutes. Turn often and brown each side evenly. Sausage is cooked thoroughly when internal temperature reads 170 degrees F with no visible pink internally. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or refrigerate.
