Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow these instructions. Need Stouffer's fast? Microwave (1100W): Leave film on tray; do not vent. Cook 3 minutes on high. Peel back corner of film to vent. Cook another 4 minutes on 50% power. Let stand 1 minute. Have extra time? Oven (Preheat oven 375 degrees F): Leave film on tray; do not vent. Place tray onto baking sheet on center rack. Cook for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 1 minute. Will be hot! Ensure product reaches an Internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Directions developed using 1100 watt microwave oven. Ovens vary; cooking time may need adjusting. Do not prepare in toaster oven. Do not reheat tray. Keep frozen. To Open: Push in pull out.
