Prepare from thawed. Thaw in refrigerator. Skillet: Coat skillet lightly with cooking spray or oil. Heat pan on medium to high heat. Add breasts to pan and brown 1 minute per side. Reduce heat. cover, and cook an additional 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F at center of breast, turning 3 to 4 times. Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place breasts on baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F at center of breast. Grill: Preheat grill. Grill breasts, cooking 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F at center of breast.
