Keep frozen. For Food Safety and Quality: Cook to a uniform internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Ovens and wattages vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Product must be cooked thoroughly. Read and follow these cooking instructions. Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen burgers on a greased baking sheet. Brush with melted butter or olive oil (optional). Cook on center rack of oven 20-25 minutes. Pan Fry: Preheat a saute pan over low-medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Place frozen Grouper Burgers in a pan and cook for approximately 14 minutes, turning frequently to insure even cooking. Indoor Electric Tabletop Grill: Preheat grill and brush with extra virgin olive oil. Place frozen Grouper Burgers on grill. Cook for 10 minutes with lid down until browned and temperature achieved. Turn several times throughout the cooking process to insure even cooking. Outdoor Grill: Brush oil or butter on the frozen burgers. Preheat grill to medium high. Cook 7-10 minutes per side, until browned and temperature achieved.
