Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Cook Smithfield Pork to an internal end temperature of 145 degrees F. (Medium-rare) to 160 degrees (Medium) when measured in the thickest part of the meat. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Pork will be slightly pink in the center. Oven: Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove pork from packaging and place, bacon side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast 30 to 35 minutes per pound. Cook thoroughly. Keep refrigerated.
