Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Cook Smithfield Fresh Pork to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. (medium-rare) to 160 degrees F. (medium) when measured in the thickest part of the meat. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Pork will be slightly pink in the center. Oven: Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Place pork on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast 25 to 30 minutes per pound. Grill: Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Grill tenderloin 18 to 30 minutes. Keep refrigerated.
