Keep refrigerated in airtight container after opening. Suggestion of Ingredients (5 Servings): Beef (or chicken, lamb, shrimp): 1 lb onions: 13 oz; carrots: 3.5 oz; potatoes: 5 oz. All ingredients are desirably chopped. Cooking Oil: 1 tbsp; Water: 2-1/2 US cups (540 ml); S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix: 1 box. 1. Stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approx 5 min. 2. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approx 15 min. 3. Turn the heat off, break S & B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until sauce mixes are completely melted. Simmer approx 5 min, stirring constantly. 4. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
