Barbecue & grill. To Microwave: Place one pound of sausage in casserole dish for 4-6 minutes on high power. Drain and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Microwave ovens vary - times are approximate. To Broil: Place sausage on broiler rack and cook for 20-24 minutes. Turn once during cooking cycle to ensure even browning.
