May add vanilla or cinnamon to taste. Hot Creamy Oatmeal - for One Serving (About 1-1/4 Cups): In a small pot, combine 1 cup milk, 3 tablespoons of Quaker Oat Flour with Iron, 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt (optional). Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Serve without straining. Hot Creamy Oatmeal in Microwave - for One Serving (About 1-1/3 Cups): In medium microwaveable bowl, combine 1-1/4 cups milk, 3 tablespoons of Quaker Oat Flour with Iron, 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt (optional). Stir until well blended. Microwave on high power 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened, stirring every minute. Serve hot and without straining.
