Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thawing Instructions: Do not thaw at room temperature. Thaw frozen turkey breasts in unopened bag on tray in refrigerator (at 40 degrees F or below) for 1-2 days. Or turkey may be thawed in cold water in unopened bag for 1-4 hours. Change water every 30 minutes. Refrigerate or cook turkey immediately after thawing. Weight When Purchased: 4 to 6 Pounds: Frozen: 2-1/4 to 3-3/4 hours cooking time at 325 degrees F; Thawed: 1-1/2 to 2-1/4 hours cooking time at 325 degrees F. 6 to 8 Pounds: Frozen: 3-1/4 to 4-3/4 hours cooking time at 325 degrees F; Thawed: 2-1/4 to 3-1/4 hours cooking time at 325 degrees F. You will need 1 ½ cups liquid per gravy packet used. If not enough turkey juices, add water. 3. Heat liquid and contents of packet in pan; bring to boil while stirring constantly. 4. After boiling, cook over medium heat 3–5 minutes, stirring as needed, and until 165°F. KEEP REFRIGERATED UNTIL READY TO COOK. FOR FOOD SAFETY, WASH THE ENTIRE PACKAGE BEFORE OPENING.
