The Summer Pulled Pork Meal includes a minimum of 48oz(3lbs.) of Publix smoked pulled pork, 6lbs. of Publix Three Cheese Mac and Cheese, 64oz. of Publix Southern Style Potato Salad, 48oz. of Publix Smokehouse Baked Beans, 12 King’s Hawaiian rolls, and two Publix Bakery Apple Pies. Easy and convenient meals. Just heat, serve and enjoy!
Heating Instructions
To heat the Publix Fully Cooked Smokehouse Pulled Pork.
This item is fully cooked and may be eaten either hot or cold. For best results, we recommend that you follow these preparation instructions.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove pork from packaging and cut into large 2-inch pieces.
2. Add pork and 1/4 cup water to 9- x 13-inch oven-safe baking dish: cover with nonstick aluminum foil.
3. Bake 25–30 minutes until hot and 165°F. Serve shredded and tossed with your favorite barbecue sauce (if desired). Ovens vary; adjust time as needed.
GRILL:
1. Preheat grill on medium. Remove pork from packaging and cut into large 2-inch pieces.
2. Add pork and 1/4 cup water to 9- x 13-inch foil pan; cover pan with nonstick aluminum foil.
3. Place pan on grill and close lid. Grill 20–25 minutes until hot and 165°F.
Serve shredded and tossed with your favorite barbecue sauce (if desired). Refrigerate or discard any unused portions.

To heat the Three Cheese Mac and Cheese:
For Best results: Bake in a conventional Oven. Cook thoroughly before eating.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
2. Remove plastic lid and seal from the container.
3. Cover with aluminum foil.
4. Place the container on a baking sheet.
5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.
6. Let product stand for 5 minutes.
7. Carefully remove foil, stir, and then serve.
8. Refrigerate or discard any unused portions.

MICROWAVE:
1. Remove plastic lid from packaging.
2. Vent by pulling one corner of the film back.
3. Heat on high (100% power) for 4 minutes.
4. Carefully remove from the microwave, peel back plastic film, stir, cover, and cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes.
5. Cook until thoroughly heated and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
6. Stir before serving.
7. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion.

MICROWAVE:
1. Remove plastic lid from packaging. Pull one corner of film back to vent.
2. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes. Stir and continue microwaving 2 more minutes until hot and 165°F.
3. Refrigerate or discard any unused portions.
