Thawing Instructions: Achieve best results by thawing 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Thaw quickly by placing sealed package of fish under cold running water 10-15 minutes until thawed. Do not refreeze. Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with foil. Remove fish from packaging and arrange on baking sheet. Bake 13-15 minutes if thawed (20-22 minutes if frozen), until centers of fillets flake easily and are 145 degrees F. Stovetop: Preheat large, nonstick saute pan on medium 2-3 minutes. Remove thawed fish from packaging. Place 1 teaspoon oil in pan, then add fish. Cook 5-6 minutes on each side until centers of fillets flake easily and are 145 degrees F. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F. Line air fryer basket with foil. Remove fish from packaging and arrange in basket. Air-fry 12-14 minutes (Air fryers vary in wattage and capacity; adjust as needed) if thawed (21-23 minutes if frozen), until centers of fillets flake easily and are 145 degrees F. Grill: Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium. Remove thawed fish from packaging and coat with cooking spray.
