Cooking Instructions: 4-inch Pancakes: To Make: Mix: 1 cup 6-9 pancakes; 2 cups 12-18 pancakes; 3 cups 18-27 pancakes. Water (For thicker pancakes, use slightly less water): 2/3 cup 6-9 pancakes; 1-1/3 cups 12-18 pancakes; 2 cups 18-27 pancakes. For thinner pancakes, use slightly more water. Step 1: Heat nonstick saute pan over medium-high (or electric griddle to 375 degrees F). Pan is ready when drops of water sizzle, then disappear almost immediately. Step 2: Combine mix and water in bowl; stir with wire whisk until large lumps disappear. Step 3: Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter into pan for each pancake.
