As edges set, stir from outer edge toward center until desired firmness and 160 degrees F. Scramble (Microwave): Place liquid egg substitute in microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high 1 minute; stir. Cook 30 more seconds until set (but slightly moist) and 160 degrees F. Keep refrigerated. Refrigerate unused portion and use within 7 days of opening.
