Directions: To measure blood pressure and pulse: Make use the cuff tube is securely connected to the monitor. Secure the cuff about 1/2 inch above your elbow and ensure that it feels comfortable, but not too tight. Sit and relax for 5 minutes. Push the start button, and remain still during measurement (Follow instructions of use to avoid hazards).
